Note:
To be eligible for claim, customer must have been admitted to hospital ward for at least 24 hours within the first 48 hours of accident.
For traffic accidental claim, customer must adhere to Malaysian traffic law.
For additional allowance due to motorcycle accident, customer must make police report within 24 hours of accident.
