FULL AND TRUE DISCLOSURE

FORMATION OF A LEGALLY BINDING CONTRACT THROUGH PARTICIPATION IN OUR PRODUCTS AND SERVICES ONLINE/VIA THE WEBSITE
You make an offer to purchase by accepting the quoted price after completing the required details. Your offer is confirmed once we accept your payment, at which point a legally binding contract is formed between you and us.
FREE LOOK PERIOD
A fourteen (14) day free look period applies following your receipt of the certificate, during which you may cancel by giving us written notice if the certificate does not meet your requirements, provided that no claim has been made.
CONTRIBUTION PAYMENTS
Full payment is due by the date stated on the certificate. Where payment is made by credit card, you must provide your card details including the cardholder's name, card number and expiry date.
PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
Personal data provided to us through our website is deemed to be provided with your consent and will be managed by us in accordance with our Privacy and Security Statement and the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).
